Los abogados litigantes no deben descuidar su ofrecimiento, admisión, práctica, contradicción, apreciación y valoración entre otras, para probar su aserto en la construcción de una verdad procesal, que finalmente desencadena las sentencias. El conocimiento humano es infinito por lo que las ciencias, disciplinas, artes y oficios presentes y futuros junto a la libertad de prueba, propias del proceso acusatorio oral, harán que las pericias sean el mecanismo adecuado para ilustrar a los jueces y magistrados que tienen a su cargo la administran justicia. Esta presentación se refiere a la parte especial, es decir, no a exponer que dicen los artículos en los códigos procesales, que con algunos matices pueden variar de Estado a Estado, sino a las pericias que hemos incluido en esta ocasión, que ha saber son: Pericia Electrónica y Pericia Médico-Legal en los casos de violación, Pericia Caligrafica, Pericia en Casos de Embriaguez, Pericia en Accidentologia, La Auditoría Forense en la investigación Criminal del lavado de dinero y otros activos como pericia, Pericia Psiquiátrica, Pericia de Identificación por análisis del ADN. Muchas por supuesto quedan en el tintero y algunas como la Dactiloscopía, Documentoscopía, Grafotecnia y Balística por ser mas comunes se exponen en mi Tratado de Criminalística que tanta acogida ha tenido a lo largo de los años entre los estudiantes y estudiosos de esta ciencia. Es un texto útil para abogados litigantes, fiscales, jueces y administradores de justicia en general, que en el ejercicio diario necesitan nociones fundamentales de las pericias aquí tratadas; lo cual debe ser entendido como un pequeño aporte a la pronta y cumplida Administración de Justicia. Incluyo un pequeño Adendum referido a la actividad probatoria en el sistema acusatorio oral realizado por el criminalista Pedro Alfonso Pabón Parra que me parece interesante, válido y de mucha utilidad para esta obra.
